KEY HIGHLIGHTS

• Property & Setting: The Grays Point project focused on updating a comfortable family home featuring open-plan living spaces, beautiful timber flooring, and abundant natural light, creating a bright and welcoming environment.
• Scope: A complete interior repaint was carried out across the living room, kitchen, hallway and entry. Walls, ceilings, doors and trim were carefully prepared, patched, sanded and primed before painting.
• Finishes & Colour Palette: The colour scheme features light neutrals that brighten the rooms and complement the natural timber floors. Feature elements such as exposed beams and cabinetry received subtle contrasting finishes. Satin and low-sheen paints were selected for durability and a clean, cohesive appearance.
• Result: The refreshed interior now feels airy and unified, with consistent colours and finishes enhancing the home’s warmth and character. The project demonstrates how careful preparation and thoughtful colour choices can transform everyday living spaces.
