ROZELLE TERRACE
WALL BUBBLING RESCUE & PREPARATION
KEY HIGHLIGHTS
- Property & Setting: The Rozelle project focused on preparing a family home for a full repaint. The property is a typical suburban residence with a combination of rendered masonry and timber surfaces, verandahs and a small courtyard.
- Scope: We prepared all surfaces: pressure-washed exteriors, removed flaking paint, patched render and timber, caulked gaps, and sanded smooth. Interior prep included patching gyprock, sanding trims, and sealing stains.
- Preparation Materials & Techniques: High-quality primers and sealers were applied to ensure good adhesion and durability for the subsequent paint coats. Rust-inhibiting primers were used on metal elements, and stain-blocking undercoats were applied to water-damaged areas
- Result: The Rozelle project delivered a properly prepared canvas ready for painting. Thorough surface preparation restored the integrity of the building envelope, ensured a long-lasting finish for the upcoming paint application, and improved the home’s overall durability and appearance.
